Pick a Time That Works — Booked Instantly
Grab any open slot below and it's confirmed on the spot — no back-and-forth. The calendar shows times in your time zone automatically, which matters when you're calling from Ramstein or Yokosuka. If it's urgent — orders just dropped, house-hunting trip next week — skip the calendar and call or text (850) 266-5005 right now.
Calendar Not Loading, or Prefer to Propose a Time?
Some networks (including a few on-base ones) block embedded schedulers. You can open the calendar directly at calendly.com/Greggcostin, or send me your windows below and I'll confirm by text or email within 2 business hours.
Why a Call Beats a Contact Form
A form gets you a reply. A call gets you a plan. In fifteen minutes we can cover what takes two weeks of emailing: whether your BAH supports buying at all, which two neighborhoods actually fit your gate and your kids' grade levels, whether to sell or rent the house you're leaving, and what has to happen this month versus at the 60-day mark. I've sat in your seat eleven times — I know exactly which questions you haven't thought to ask yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
What actually happens on the call?
Four things, fast: (1) your BAH budget translated to a real price ceiling, (2) the two or three neighborhoods that fit your gate and family, (3) your timeline worked backward from your report date, and (4) your next three concrete steps. If you need a VA-experienced lender, I'll make the introduction.
I'm OCONUS / in a weird time zone — can we still talk?
Yes. I take calls in the evening and on weekends specifically for families calling from Japan, Korea, Germany, and deployed locations. Note your time zone in the form and I'll propose times that work on your clock, not mine.
Is this a sales call?
No. You don't sign anything, and there's no follow-up pressure. Most families call me 60-90 days before orders are even final. The ones who later hire me do it because the plan worked — that's the entire business model.
What should I have ready?
Nothing is required, but the call is sharper if you know your approximate report date, your rank and dependent status (for BAH), and whether you're bringing a home to sell at your current duty station.
Can we text or email instead?
Absolutely. Text (850) 266-5005 anytime — I answer within 2 hours during business hours. Some families do their whole first consult over text from a deployment; whatever works on your end works on mine.
